Customer Satisfaction - Analysis and Recommendations for its Improvement

This bachelor‘s thesis is focused on customer satisfaction survey for the selected company, based in Brno, which deals with accounting and tax consulting. The result of this work is output in the form of suggestions and recommendations that will lead to an increase in the existing level of customer satisfaction.
The quality evaluation system of the low-threshold club Jahoda services

Diploma thesis "The quality evaluation system of the low-threshold club Jahoda services" deals with questions of evaluation and rising of social services quality, which is the primary objective for well functional organization in commercial as well as noncommercial zone. Thesis is primary applied to sphere of social services and its aim is making proposal for evaluation of services quality for concrete institution providing low-threshold social services to children from 6 to 15years old. The first part describes social services in legal social services in legal and describes low- threshold institutions for children and teenagers, representation low-threshold club Jahoda. Next targets are about possible styles of evaluation provided services quality and their fixation in standards of social services quality. The second part of thesis is practical part, which attends to the proposal of system for quality evaluation offered services in low-threshold club Jahoda. Proposal of this system is coming out from analysis of present system used in the institution and its main part is questionnaire investigation between users, employees, volunteers and trainees of NZDM Jahoda. Pilot was tested between all persons interested in and its representation is a part of the thesis to.
Service quality monitoring in libraries (focused on university libraries)

This master thesis deals with service quality monitoring in libraries and it focuses especially on the situation in university libraries. There are foreign tools described in this thesis, namely the American LibQUAL+® which uses user satisfaction surveys, and German Bibliothekxindex which compares libraries according to recieved statistical data. From the Czech environment there is an initiative of the National Library of the Czech Republic described, "Benchmarking of Libraries", which is based on the German Bibliotheksindex but it is not applicable in university libraries. The thesis includes a self made suggestion on how to monitor service quality according to both of the foreign tools which was also applied to a selected university library. The results of this research indicate that these foreign tools are applicable in the Czech Republic and that the selected university library provides services which its users are overall very satisfied with.

Customer satisfaction with car dealer's services

The theme of this work is: Customer satisfaction with car dealer´s services. As a seller, I chose Porsche Ceske Budejovice. This research should find the strengths and weaknesses of the seller and help him raise the level of service it provides to its present and future customers. The research is divided into exploration services sales and after-sales services. In the practical part is description of the procedure, which I proceeded to collect the data and then publish extensively and analyze the results. Further data will evaluate and recommend vendor in how services could be improved. I bring also my suggestions on how to improve service problem and calculate the cost of these changes.

Optimalization of Employee Benefits in Company

The aim of this thesis is a comprehensive evaluation and optimization of employee benefits in a particular company. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to the topic of work: definitions and classifications of benefits, incentive theory and tax solutions for frequently provided benefits in the Czech Republic. The practical part analyzes the present system of employee benefits, a tax analysis and a questionnaire survey of satisfaction with benefits are conducted. The findings are used to designed possible changes in employee benefits at the company in terms of both tax optimization, and in terms of employee satisfaction
Analysis of Moravian Karst Visitor Satisfaction

The work concerns the exploration of visitors' satisfaction Moravský kras and in areas caves, accommodation, food and nature. Based on the analysis results will draw appropriate recommendations for organizations providing services in this area and for those engaged in its management. The results of the survey will be forwarded to the Administration caves of the Moravský kras.
